In 2004, MacArthur Real Estate became MacArthur & Stine Real Estate when Mark Stine bought the business from longtime friend Patti. Mark left corporate America many years ago for a career in Real Estate. The combination of his corporate experience along with our foundational core values assures that you will be in very good hands. He first came to Steamboat in 1987 to surprise a vacationing girlfriend with whom he was in love. He returned from the trip with a second love: the Yampa Valley, to which he was continually drawn back. Dreams do come true: The girlfriend, Corrin, has been his wife since 1990 and they, along with their daughter, are blessed enough to call the Yampa Valley home.

In July of 2007, Pam Lindahl joined MacArthur & Stine Real Estate as a Broker Associate. With a proven track record as a licensed Realtor for more than 6 years in the Yampa Valley along with serving in a variety of customer service roles prior, Pam is a tremendous addition to our focus of serving the customer. She and her husband Dave have raised their children (Dustin and Cari) and called the Yampa Valley home for more than 28 years. Pam and Dave are well known as active community volunteers giving their time to Routt County’s Lift Up and Horizons as well as being active members in the Routt County Powder Riders.
